# Chrome Extension Issues

If your CE is lagging and the profiles don't refresh, its either just do a simple page refresh (linkedin), or reopen the sidepanel, or refresh the CE.  Just refreshing the page is usually enough.  But if its happening more frequently to more people it might be something else.

We get s profile's email or mobile from clicking the MORE button on their profile and reading the popup.  Most people hide their contact info from people far away in relation to them (like 3rd+).  So for example below, is all the info I can get for that person.  Which is basically just first and last name. If you pay Linkedin and use Recruiter or Sales Navigator it will give them more access.
