Changing Billing Method + Accessing Invoices
Foundme uses a third party platform called Stripe to process payments. We have opted to use their Customer Billing Portal for a few things like:
- Adding, updating or removing payment methods
- Viewing past invoices
This also adds a second layer of protection for your billing information.
How to access the Customer Billing Portal
- Click on the 'Billing / Add Seats' Button
- Click the 'Update Billing Method' Button
- A new browser window will open asking you to Log in to Manage Your Account
- Enter your email address as directed. Please use the same email address you used when signing up for Foundme
- You will be sent an email with a "Magic Link".
- Click the link in the email that was sent to you to be automatically logged in to the Customer Billing Portal.
- Update your billing method or access past invoices
