How to Manage integrations with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Right now Foundme works with the following Applicant Tracking Systems:

JobAdder
Bullhorn (coming very soon!)

When you first sign up for a Foundme account, you should be prompted to authenticate (give permission) to connect with your ATS. However, if you weren't able to do that at the time, or for some reason need to re-authenticate with your ATS, just follow these simple instructions below.

Connect or Disconnect from an ATS

Click on the 'Integrations' tab in the top left hand corner of the Foundme Admin site
Notice whether your ATS says "Connected" or "Not Connected"
Click the 'Connect' button for the ATS you want to connect with
A new window will open asking you to enter your ATS login credentials and then approve the integration
That's it!

To disconnect from your ATS, just click the 'Disconnect' button instead and then confirm. If you do this, Foundme will not work until you reconnect it to at least one ATS platform.

Invite new users to Foundme

How to invite new users from your ATS user list

Foundme is connected to your ATS. Because of this, you can only invite users that are already active users in your ATS system. The original user (Admin) of your account is the only person that needs to connect with (authenticate with) your ATS. Once you connect to your ATS initially, all other users you invite can use that same connection.

To invite new users to Foundme:

Log in to the Admin Site
Click on the 'Invite Team Member' button
In the popup window, start typing the name of the user you want to invite in the search box. (Note: If the search isn't working, you probably don't have any "Unassigned Seats" available to assign to new users. Please first add more seats, and then try inviting users again.)
Click the "Invite" button

Once you invite a user, they will receive an email notification to set a password for Foundme. Once they set their password, the only thing left for them to do is to:

Install the Chrome Extension
Log in to the Chrome Extension
Navigate to LinkedIn.com and start matching profiles!

How to add and remove paid seats

With Foundme, you are billed based on the number of seats you are paying for. You can always add and remove seats as needed from month to month, depending on your needs.

To add or remove paid seats:

Click on the 'Billing / Add Seats' button
In the pop up window, click on the 'Add / Remove Seats' button
In the pop up window, you can use the + and - buttons to add seats, or remove seats. ( Note: you cannot remove seats if they are assigned to active users. You'll first need to unassign any active seats)
Click 'Continue"

You'll notice that Foundme will tell you what you can expect to pay starting on your next billing cycle. Please also note that if you are adding seats during the middle of a billing cycle, you will only be billed on a pro-rated basis for the new seats until the next billing cycle begins.

You will notice a dashboard that shows you how many Paid, Assigned and Unassigned Seats you currently have.

**Make sure to assign any unassigned seats you have to your users before they can start using Foundme. **

If you know you installed Foundme, but you can't find it in Chrome, check your extensions list. Here's how to do it:

Click on the Puzzle looking icon in the ** top right hand corner of Chrome**

Find Foundme in your list of Extensions

Click the "Pin" button to pin the extension in the taskbar

Auto pop out settings

You can set the Foundme window to automatically slide out, or not. In order to change the behavior of the slide out window:

Click the Foundme Chrome Extension in the browser bar
Click on the Gear Icon
Check or Uncheck the "Automatically Open Foundme" option

You may need to refresh your browser for the settings to take effect.

How to Assign and unassign seats to users

Users are not the same thing as seats. With Foundme, you can have as many users as you want in your user list. However, only users with an assigned seat will be able to use the Foundme Chrome Extension. This allows you to easily swap seats between users as needed and only pay for what you need each month.

Before you assign a seat to a user, check to make sure you have enough assigned seats. If your 'Unassigned Seats' count is ZERO, then you'll need to add more seats first.
If you haven't already, be sure and Invite the new user to Foundme
Click the Action button next to the user and then click on 'Assign Seat'

**Note: ** To unassign a seat from a user, follow the same steps above. The only difference being you can 'Unassign Seat' instead.
